This Privacy Policy applies to services and brands operated by or on behalf of Xcelerate Travel LLC that reference this Policy, which may include Xcelerate Travel, Xcelerate International, Trax, ClickBookSave, Xcelerate membership services, travel booking services, travel advisor services, advisor and member dashboards, lead capture pages, booking engines, websites, subdomains, mobile experiences, and related digital services collectively referred to as the "Services." By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Services.

Xcelerate Travel LLC is a United States travel, membership, technology, and host travel agency company.

Among other things, Xcelerate may provide:

  • Travel advisor services
  • A host agency platform for independent travel advisors
  • Advisor training and technology
  • Customer relationship management tools
  • Lead generation and referral systems

  • Artificial intelligence assisted tools and automation
  • Travel supplier connectivity
  • Commission tracking and administration
  • Related travel, technology, membership, and business services

The Xcelerate Travel Advisor program is currently intended for eligible adults located in the United States.

Xcelerate memberships and certain consumer services may be available to adults in countries outside the United States, subject to applicable laws, supplier restrictions, availability, and Xcelerate’s eligibility requirements.

We may collect information directly from you, automatically through our technology, from a Travel Advisor, from another person arranging travel for you, from travel suppliers, from service providers, from referral partners, from publicly available sources, or from other lawful sources.

When you request travel information, work with a Travel Advisor, request a quote, or use travel-related Services, we may process information such as:

  • Number of travelers

You should only provide personal information about another traveler if you have authority to provide that information.

D. Government Identification and Travel Documents

Xcelerate’s platform is not designed to serve as a storage repository for passport images, driver’s license images, or similar government identification documents.

Certain airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, government authorities, or other travel providers may nevertheless require passport numbers, government identification information, citizenship information, dates of birth, or similar information to complete travel.

Where possible, this information may be provided directly to the relevant supplier, booking provider, or authorized third party rather than permanently stored by Xcelerate.

Travelers should not upload passport images or other government identity documents to Xcelerate unless specifically instructed through an approved secure process.

E. Payment and Transaction Information

Xcelerate does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers within its own general business systems.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, financial institutions, travel suppliers, merchant processors, or payment platforms such as Stripe, Venmo, or other authorized providers.

Depending on the transaction, Xcelerate may receive limited payment-related information such as: Transaction amount; Transaction date; Payment status; Payment method type; Last four digits of a payment card where provided by a processor; Refund status; Transaction identifier; Billing contact information; and Other transaction metadata.

Travel suppliers may independently collect and process payment credentials required to complete a travel booking.

Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy and security practices.

F. Travel Advisor Information

For Travel Advisors and prospective Travel Advisors, we may collect additional information necessary to administer our host agency program, including:

  • Business information
  • Advisor profile information
  • Training activity
  • Certifications
  • Supplier registrations
  • Professional credentials
  • Sales and booking activity
  • Client relationships
  • Commission information

Xcelerate Travel Advisors are independent contractors and are not employees of Xcelerate solely by virtue of participating in the Xcelerate host agency program.

G. Advisor Client Information

Travel Advisors may enter or transmit information about their clients through Xcelerate’s systems.

Xcelerate may access, host, organize, analyze, transmit, and otherwise process this information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate the host agency
  • Provide advisor technology
  • Facilitate travel planning
  • Support bookings
  • Service reservations
  • Provide customer support
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Maintain traveler and customer records
  • Administer commissions
  • Resolve commission discrepancies
  • Manage referrals
  • Detect misuse or fraud
  • Maintain accounting records

Travel Advisors may also separately collect or maintain customer information outside Xcelerate’s systems.

Because Travel Advisors are independent contractors, Xcelerate may not control information maintained by an Advisor independently through personal email accounts, personal devices, independently operated websites, external applications, or other systems not provided or controlled by Xcelerate.

Advisors are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, data protection, security, and confidentiality requirements when handling client information.

H. Lead, Referral, and Affiliate Information

Our Services may track referrals and marketing relationships.

We may collect:

  • Referral URLs
  • Referring member or Advisor
  • Lead source
  • Campaign information
  • Click information
  • Conversion information
  • Purchases
  • Membership registrations

Artificial intelligence and automation are integrated throughout many areas of Xcelerate’s business and technology.

Information submitted to third-party AI providers may be processed according to our agreements with those providers and applicable law.

AI and Final Travel Transactions

Xcelerate does not intend for artificial intelligence to independently execute the final step of a travel booking or independently initiate, approve, or complete a monetary transaction.

AI may assist users and Advisors before a transaction by locating information, organizing travel options, preparing recommendations, answering questions, or assisting with workflows.

Final booking and payment actions are handled through designated transactional systems, travel suppliers, payment processors, Advisors, customers, or other appropriately authorized processes.

AI and Sensitive Information

Users should not intentionally submit full payment card numbers, passport images, government identity documents, passwords, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information into general-purpose AI interfaces.

We may take steps to limit, filter, redact, or otherwise reduce sensitive information before it is processed through certain AI systems.

De-Identified and Aggregated Information

We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information and use it for:

  • Analytics
  • Research
  • Service improvement
  • AI system improvement
  • Product development

Travel bookings frequently involve third parties that are not controlled by Xcelerate.

When information is provided to a hotel, airline, cruise line, tour company, payment provider, travel technology company, insurance company, or other third party, that company may become independently responsible for the information it receives.

You should review the privacy practices of relevant travel providers before providing sensitive information.

Xcelerate is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party companies.

10. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

Certain U.S. privacy laws define terms such as "sell," "sale," and "share" more broadly than an ordinary sale of customer information for cash.

For example, allowing an advertising or social media partner to receive online identifiers or browsing activity so that advertising can be measured or personalized may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under applicable law.

Xcelerate may engage in activities that fall within these definitions.

Where legally required and technically applicable, Xcelerate will also recognize qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control ("GPC").

Opt-out choices associated with cookies or browsers may need to be made separately on each browser or device.

Browser Do Not Track

Traditional browser "Do Not Track" signals do not currently have a universally accepted technical or legal standard.

We may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.

This does not affect our obligation to recognize legally required opt-out preference mechanisms such as GPC where applicable.

Xcelerate Travel LLC is a United States company.

18. CHILDREN AND MINOR TRAVELERS

Accounts, memberships, and participation in the Xcelerate Travel Advisor program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Individuals under 18 may not independently create an account or purchase a membership.

Travel arrangements may include children or other minors.

A parent, guardian, or other authorized adult may provide information about a minor traveler when reasonably necessary to plan or book travel.

We use information about minor travelers only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested travel- related services and for other legally permitted purposes.
